1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Win Core's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Win Core provides professional accounting, tax preparation, business registration, payroll management, auditing, HR services, and virtual assistant services to businesses and individuals in Sri Lanka.
2.1 Professional Services Include:
- Bookkeeping and accounting services
- Income tax preparation and filing
- Company registration and secretarial services
- Payroll processing and management
- Audit and assurance services
- HR consulting and management
- Virtual assistant services
- Business consultation and advisory
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Information Accuracy
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery. Win Core is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client information.
3.2 Document Provision
Clients must provide all necessary documents, records, and authorizations required for service completion within agreed timeframes.
3.3 Compliance
Clients remain ultimately responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, even when using our services.
4. Service Delivery and Timelines
4.1 Service Timelines
Service delivery timelines are estimates based on normal processing conditions. Delays may occur due to:
- Incomplete or late client information
- Government processing delays
- Third-party dependencies
- Force majeure events
4.2 Service Modifications
Win Core reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing, and terms with 30 days' notice to existing clients.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees and Charges
Service fees are as quoted in service agreements. Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 Late Payments
Late payment charges of 1.5% per month may apply to overdue amounts. Services may be suspended for accounts over 60 days overdue.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
6.1 Client Confidentiality
Win Core maintains strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional accounting standards and Sri Lankan privacy laws.
6.2 Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect client data. However, no system is 100% secure, and clients acknowledge this inherent risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Professional Standards
Our services are provided in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and professional standards in Sri Lanka.
7.2 Liability Limits
Win Core's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7.3 Excluded Damages
Win Core shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
8. Professional Standards and Ethics
Win Core adheres to the ethical standards set by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) and relevant professional bodies.
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by Client
Clients may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.
9.2 Termination by Win Core
Win Core may terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or professional reasons with appropriate notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
